Keratoconus

After a keratoconus diagnosis, one often faces the big decision of what to do now. Vision with the glasses worn for years has gradually worsened and a new glasses supply is rather unfavorable, as these will no longer be sufficient for optimal vision.

The only means by which keratoconus can now be properly corrected are contact lenses.

Until now, rigid gas-permeable contact lenses (hard lenses) were the means of choice - That's changing now!

With our HydroCone contact lenses, we offer for the first time a supply with soft contact lenses to combine the best possible visual performance with maximum wearing comfort. Of course, this type of correction is also available with astigmatism and as a progressive variant.

However, if you can get along with neither hard nor soft lenses, then scleral lenses or hybrid lenses are now available for optimal supply.
